We then planned the day before my son’s birthday to surprise him. We had the site levelled and the electric and water connected; this was all done within two days, a lot less than if we had built a house for him! On the morning of his birthday he was so excited to see the caravan in our garden he loved the fact we had brought the static caravan for him, it was his own place to live but he could still afford to go out with his friends.
